Megan & Doug

I am behind in everything here, blogging included, but October 14th took me to Megan and Doug's wedding. For it being the middle of fall, some of our pictures look very summery, due to the late changing season, but still beautiful non-the-less. Megan choose such great colors for their wedding too, from the dresses down to the flowers, everything coordinated so well. And the day was fun, these guys really enjoyed themselves. You can see more in their slideshow HERE. Thank you Megan and Doug for having me and congratulations!

I love all the details:

Another jumping bridal party, fun!! The groomsman in the rear left, wow, look at the split!

I love Megan's expression here, I wonder what Doug said to her.

Love this one:

Same image but with selective coloring, I am a big fan of this effect. I thought this picture would make a cool Xmas card.

They are sooo cute.

The kids were reacting to something the Dj said. Their expressions are PRICELESS.

Heidi & Jim from September. It was great seeing you guys again!

Christy & Chris

Congratulations to Christy and Chris on their wedding. They had a BEAUTIFUL fall wedding in the mountains last month which was a total blast. They also got married in the same church that Chris's parents did, I thought that was really neat. These guys are SO MUCH FUN also, I had an absolute blast with them, and they were up for anything picture wise. I also got to work with my favorite videographer Dawn Brennan, who did an outstanding job. She also created a love story montage for Christy & Chris which was played at the reception, and the guests LOVED it, I've never seen a crowd so worked up. And again, photo overload on my behalf because I have way too many favorites, and you can see more in their slideshow HERE. Congrats again Christy and Chris, and enjoy your upcoming honeymoon!

The party bus:

I love the colors reflecting in the water, and Christy is just gorgeous:

Wow, look at Chris's eyes!

LOL, this guy rowed up above and was just sitting there is his little canoe the entire time.

We caught the end of the sunset just in time.

Nice butt grab, lol.

Dawn, Chris, Christy and I, this was taken at the end of the night, so we're a bit sweaty, but I love when I get a picture with my couples. =)

Jayme & Mike's E-pics

Meet Jayme and Mike who are getting married next summer. We did an engagement session last month at Oglebay since that is where they are getting married, and I had a great time getting to know them. They are a very fun loving couple and they couldn't stop laughing the whole session, so I know they're wedding is going to be a blast. See you guys in June, can't wait!! =)

I love leave pictures.

Jayme asked me at the end of the session what my favorite picture was, and I already knew it was this one.

This was taken at the very end of the session, they were just goofing off. =)

Heidi & Josh Trash the Dress!

I recently did my very 1st Trash the Dress session with Heidi & Josh. If you are not familiar with the Trash the Dress concept, you can visit www.trashthedress.com This session had been a work in the making since I shot Heidi and Josh's engagement pictures back in the spring, and I couldn't wait to put my own spin on the Trash the Dress Fad. Instead of dirty and muddy we just had FUN. We started out nice and sweet with a horse and a trampoline, and then since Josh is a firefighter, we did the trashing fireman style, and ended in a lake. Heidi and Josh were such good sports about everything, I don't think Josh realized he was going to get wet too, but he played along. You guys are AWESOME and I had so much fun with you both!!! And total photo overboard now because I have so many favorites, along with a SLIDESHOW.

Again, this girl is gorgeous.

Favorite:

They were just standing there waiting for the truck, I didn't even have to pose them.

And one thing I've learned being a photographer is that if you turn around, you sometimes find a photo opp., which is exactly what happened here. Josh caught what I was doing, he didn't realize he was in the reflection too though.

Reflection above in the truck.

And onto the real trashing:

Ok, sorry but this was not fair. He had a helmet!!
