My most recent engagement session was with Ericka and Jeff. We had some great blue skies that day that were much deserved since their photo shoot actually got cancelled 2x due to rainouts. But the wait was worth it and I think we got some great shots. Ericka and Jeff are having an outdoor wedding in June, I'm looking forward to their day and some more blue skies!

Lizz & Bill's E-pics

Back when we actually had nice weather a few weekends ago, I shot a engagement session for my good friend Lizz and her fiance. I've know Lizz since the 1st grade, so I can honestly say she is my life long friend. =) Lizz and Bill's wedding is also coming up in June, but I get to be on the other side of the ropes for a change and be a bridesmaid, I'm highly looking forward to it! Congrats U2, I'm so happy and excited for you both, love you!

Angela and Tim's E-pics

I spent an afternoon with Angela and Tim shooting their engagement pictures around town. We had a great time, these guys are really easy to work with. I love when I get to spend some time with my brides and grooms before the wedding, it really gives me a chance to get to know them and also see how they react to the camera before the big day, which ultimately makes for better wedding pictures. Angela and Tim are saying their I dos in June, I'm looking forward to their wedding! Also, check out their silhouette shot, I think it is one of my new favorite images of all time.

Fun at the park

What an awesome day it was today! Practically 80 degrees, the sun was shining, what better way to celebrate than to take the 1st trip of the year to the playground. Of course I had to bring my camera , especially to capture my youngest enjoying her 1st swing ride. Too bad they are predicting snow for the rest of the week...
