KDKA spot

Recently KDKA contacted me asking if they could use some of my pictures for an upcoming hometown love spot. This really excited me, I don't think my pictures have ever been on tv before. =) Here is the spot, it started airing last week, and is also on kdka.com. 4 of my couples are featured in it. Thank you Monica & Kevin, Jen & Cory, Laura & Tyler, and Deana & Jason for allowing your images to be used in it!

I spent the last Saturday in April with Katherine & Jim. They had an absolutely beautiful day!! We started with pictures around the city and Oakland, then off to Heinz Chapel for their ceremony, and ended with an amazing reception at Phipps Conservatory. Some faves below:

Katherine & Jim choose to see each other before the ceremony so we would have more time for pictures. Here is Jim seeing his bride for the 1st time:

I LOVE long veils, they are so fun to photograph. I think this image would be great printed on a canvas too.

Heinz chapel before sunset. I had never been in the chapel at this time of day before, and I was AMAZED by the all the colored light reflecting from the windows. SERIOUSLY!

April had some of the nicest weather for weddings, and Nicole & Tom's wedding was no exception! What a beautiful day and a beautiful couple! After their ceremony at St. Therese in Munhall, we headed to Oakland for some great springtime pictures and then off to the amazing Willow Room in Belle Vernon for a great reception.
